We are gearing up for setting up our own Building by mid 2024 in our own land of 4.63 acres in
Mambakkam, 10 km from Chengalpattu. GOOD NEWS is that we have got the required Approval from
Director of Town and Country Planning, Govt of TAMILNADU (on 30th May 2022)
A Comprehensive Conceptual Plan as per CBSE norms and Tamil Nadu Combined Development and
Building Rules, 2019 was done by Ms Abhirami BArch (School of Planning and Architecture,
Delhi).
The Structural Design is being done by Mr Valsaraj BTech Civil Engg (NIT Calicut-Gold Medalist )
